Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may not do with ekmire. It applies to every account, free and paid. Violations may result in immediate API key revocation and account termination without refund.

Last updated: May 2026. Effective: May 2026.

Overview

ekmire is a defensive security tool. Like any security tool, it can be misused. This policy exists to be specific about misuse so the rules are not surprising when applied.

02 —

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ekmire to:

  • Probe, scan, or attack third-party systems or infrastructure that you are not authorised to test.
  • Generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or abusive content through the LLM router or any ekmire-provided inference.
  • Share project API keys across multiple organisations, resell account access, or operate as a service bureau without a written reseller agreement.
  • Circumvent event caps or seat limits by registering multiple free accounts for the same underlying project, organisation, or team.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract ekmire's proprietary proxy binary, signed rule bundle, or detection logic.
  • Use ekmire in any manner that violates applicable law.

Enforcement

Flux8Labs may revoke API keys, suspend access, or terminate the Service for violations of this policy without prior notice. Where the violation appears to involve illegal activity, Flux8Labs may cooperate with law enforcement under applicable Indian law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the activity occurs.

We do not provide warnings for clear violations involving attacks on third-party systems, generation of CSAM, or attempts to compromise ekmire's infrastructure.
